Runway, reveals & launches
Runway, Reveal & Launch Event Management
High-visibility moments, run to the second and delivered without drama.
NEXTCUE manages runway shows, brand reveals and launch moments across Brisbane and Australia — fashion presentations, product and vehicle launches, expos, industry showcases and public-facing brand moments.
Our event management connects creative direction, styling, content and entertainment with planning, logistics, technical design, production coordination, rehearsals and show calling. These are moments where there is no second take.
What we manage
Show flow & run of show
The full sequence built and called to time — doors, walk order, reveal, speeches, applause break, close — so every cue lands where it was rehearsed.
Creative & technical design
Stage, runway, styling, content, screens, lighting, sound and entertainment specified as one design, then translated into supplier briefs and coordinated through testing and delivery.
Venue & floorplan coordination
Venue sourcing, access, bump-in and bump-out, sightlines, seating and standing capacity, and the compliance detail venues need agreed early.
Guest experience & audience flow
Arrival, registration, seating tiers, VIP and media positions, and how the room moves before, during and after the moment.
Rehearsal & on-site delivery
Rehearsal scheduling, talent and model calls, supplier briefing, and a calm on-site team holding the timing and the contingency plan.
Stakeholder & brand alignment
Keeping brand, marketing, agency, venue and leadership working to one plan and one run sheet, so approvals happen before the day rather than during it.

How we work
A reveal is a timing problem before it is a creative one. The idea usually arrives well formed; what decides whether it works is whether the room is ready, the cue is clean and everyone knows what happens next. We spend the effort there.
You get one team accountable from brief to bump-out, a run sheet the venue and suppliers have all signed off, and someone calling the show who is not also trying to host it.
Tell us what is being revealed, who needs to see it and when. We will come back with a run of show, a venue plan and a realistic budget.
